I wouldn't rate the likelihood of recommending Quality Home Products of Texas a 5 out of 5 because I had some difficulties working with the office. Getting in touch and getting a response about the installation was difficult. The concrete pad for the generator was installed incorrectly the first time, so they had to tear it out and re-install it. They damaged my sidewalk in the process.

Good place if you need a job to hold you over till you find something better. Anthony was very thorough on explaining how the water filtration works, and showing examples of our water before & after filtration. The salesperson was not an honest person. I was the one to book an appointment and the salesperson made us sign, saying it was the application and the money that was paid was not the same as the advertisement. The sales manager had to explain to me what was going on.

The product and crew were fine. Great service and utmost professionalism. Our sales executive Danny Byrum was great. As a matter of fact all the staff who were involved did a great job.

The more successful we are as a company exponentially extends our outreach into the community. Communication during the installation period was weak. Yes I would recommend Quality home proxy to my friends and family. There was a lack of communication when it came to installation.
I had to reach out to get updates and information. I recommended a lot of people to them already. It was one of the best investments I've made. We are very happy with the water purifier they put in. I was really satisfied with the workers who did the job.
Install was as planned and they under promised and over delivered overall. Verified This review has been verified as part of GuildQuality's survey process. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of Kris as he completed my annual checkup. He not only installed and removed products, but left each site clean and organized. Kris is an excellent representative of your company.

What impressed me the most wasn't necessarily the sales process, but how the service techs took time and care when installing our system. Because of that experience I decided to learn a little more about the company and their culture, which led me to employment with them in generator sales. They really spoke my language with their integrity, honesty, and hard work. Everyone was pulling the same direction, even with the challenges of supply chain, labor shortages etc.

Some of this was caused due to QHP having the wrong information for my generator. I waited an extra 3 weeks until this was corrected. The installation appeared to go smoothly once started but I experienced problems very soon afterwards. Fault codes and shut-downs on the generator during 2 power outages.
(The propane tank is approximately 12 feet away and in plain sight. I have not had a power outage since but assume this issue has been corrected. They did a great job with sales and installation. I’d definitely be willing to recommend them to others. I felt that the Quality Home Products representative was professional. The products were well-made, and the installation was great. Service equipment to be able to accomplish any task our customer may require.
